Lobster Seafood Nachos

Try this upscale version of classic nachos for a south of the border coastal delight. Crispy, warmed tri-colored tortilla chips are topped with a Lobster seafood blend, queso blanco and sprinkled with sliced green onions, black olives and sliced jalapeños. Served with salsa and sour cream on the side.

8 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Green Onions
1 Cup Salsa
1/4 Cup Black Olives, Sliced
1 Bag Tri-Colored Nacho Chips
1/4 Cup Refried Beans
1/8 Cup Jalapeño,Sliced, Pickled
2 Cups Queso Blanco


  1. On a platter, spread warm refried beans in an oval shape. Top with warm tri-color tortilla chips.
  2. Heat the Lobster Sensations® and queso blanco, and then drizzle over tortilla chips.
  3. Sprinkle with green onions, black olives and sliced jalapeños.
  4. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
