Lobster & Seafood Mac & Cheese

1 Pound Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
1 Pounds Pasta, Elbow
5 Tablespoons Butter, Unsalted
1/3 Cup Flour, All Purpose
1 Quart Whole Milk
1 3/4 Pounds Sharp Cheddar Cheese
To Taste Salt, Kosher
To Taste Pepper, Fresh Ground


  1. In a large pot boil water and salt. Add the pasta and cook till al dente. Drain Well.
  2. In a medium sauce pot, melt the butter at medium heat and add the flour to make a smooth textured mix. Slowly add the milk whisking constantly till creamy and thick.
  3. Whisk 1 1/2 pounds of cheese till creamy and the cheese is totally melted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold all ingredients together, top with the remaining cheese and bake at 375° F in a lightly greased casserole dish till golden.
