Directions
- In a sauté pan add the butter and melt, add in the onion, Lobster Sensations, jalapeño and garlic and sauté until soft.
- Add in the cumin, chili powder salt and pepper and sauté another minute to incorporate all ingredients well.
- Warm up the tortillas and fill each one with a third of the mixture and sprinkle cilantro across each one then roll.
- Place on a plate and top with sauce and shredded cheese and broil until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro sprig.
