Lobster & Seafood Avocado Cups

4 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
4 Each Avocados, Sliced In Half
1/2 Cup Mango, Medium Diced
1/4 Cup Medium Red Onion, Small Diced
1/2 Cup Jicama, Peeled, Medium Diced
1/4 Cup Red Bell Peppers, Medium Diced
1/2 Each Jalapeno, Seeded, Minced
1/4 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper


  1. Scoop about one tablespoon of avocado from the pitted area of each half to widen the “cup" area. Mash up the scooped avocado with a fork.
  2. Combine all other ingredients with mashed avocado until mixed well.
  3. Serve about ¼ cup of lobster mixture per avocado half.
  4. Serving suggestion: serve on a bed of mixed greens with a lime wedge.
