Directions
- Scoop about one tablespoon of avocado from the pitted area of each half to widen the “cup" area. Mash up the scooped avocado with a fork.
- Combine all other ingredients with mashed avocado until mixed well.
- Serve about ¼ cup of lobster mixture per avocado half.
- Serving suggestion: serve on a bed of mixed greens with a lime wedge.
