Lobster Salad Thai Lettuce Cups

3 Ounces Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510)
3 Each Butter Lettuce Leaves
1/4 Cup Carrots, Shredded
1/4 Cup Cabbage, Shredded
1 Tablespoon Seasoned Rice Vinager
1 Each Green Onion, Sliced
1 Each Red Jalapeno, Slivered
3 Each Cilantro Sprigs
2 Ounces Thai Peanut Sauce
3 Ounces Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon Peanuts, Toasted, Crushed (optional)
Garnish: Fried Wonton Strips


  1. Gently fold 1 ounce of sweet chili sauce with the Lobster Salad Sensations® and set aside.
  2. Make the slaw; mix cabbage, carrot, jalapeno, and green onion with rice vinegar.
  3. Rinse and pat dry butter lettuce leaves.
  4. On each lettuce leaf, scoop 1 ounce of the Lobster Salad Sensations® and equal parts of the Asian slaw
  5. Garnish each lettuce cup with fried wonton, cilantro and crushed peanuts.
  6. Serve with Thai peanut sauce and the remainder of the sweet chili sauce.
