Directions
- Gently fold 1 ounce of sweet chili sauce with the Lobster Salad Sensations® and set aside.
- Make the slaw; mix cabbage, carrot, jalapeno, and green onion with rice vinegar.
- Rinse and pat dry butter lettuce leaves.
- On each lettuce leaf, scoop 1 ounce of the Lobster Salad Sensations® and equal parts of the Asian slaw
- Garnish each lettuce cup with fried wonton, cilantro and crushed peanuts.
- Serve with Thai peanut sauce and the remainder of the sweet chili sauce.
