Lobster Salad Sushi Roll

Ingredients

1/4 Pound Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510)
1 Sheet Nori
1 Cup Sushi Rice, Cooked & Cooled
1 Each Crab Stick
1/4 Each Avocado, Sliced
1/4 Each Cucumber, Seeded, Cut Into Long Strips
3 Ounces Pickled Daikon, Julienne
As needed Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Ounce Pickled Ginger
3 Ounces Wakame Salad
1 Teaspoon Wasabi
1 Ounce Soy Sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare sushi roll with nori, rice, crab stick, avocado, cucumber and daikon.
  2. Slice the rolls and garnish each slice with a generous portion of Lobster Salad Sensations and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  3. Serve with a side of wakame salad, wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger.
