3 Ounces Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510)
1 Each Flatbread
3 Ounces Artichoke Hearts, Quartered
2 Ounces Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chopped
2 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 Ounce Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 Ounce Roasted Garlic Aioli
1 Pinch Parsley, Chopped


  1. Spread the Lobster Salad Sensations over the flatbread.
  2. Top with artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and cheeses.
  3. Bake the flatbread till it is lightly golden. Drizzle with the aioli and top with fresh parsley.
