1/4 Pound Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves, Chopped
2 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds
2 Teaspoons Mustard Seeds
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Teaspoons Tarragon, Fresh And Chopped
1 Each Lime, fresh
To Taste Sea Salt
Garnish Coriander Cress


  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the curry leaves, cumin and mustard seeds and fry till they crackle.
  2. Add the lobster and toss together. Remove from heat and chill. Stir in the mayo, tarragon and lime juice, then adjust seasoning as desired. Garnish with coriander cress.
