1 | Tablespoon | Olive Oil |
2 | Each | Garlic, Chopped |
1 | Each | Shallots, Chopped |
1/4 | Teaspoon | Red Pepper Flakes |
2 | Each | Anchovies |
4 | Each | Kalamata Olives, Pitted |
1 | Tablespoon | Capers |
1/8 | Cup | Red Wine |
8 | Ounces | Crushed Tomatoes |
1 | Tablespoon | Butter, Unsalted |
To | Taste | Salt & Pepper |
As | Desired | Parmigiano Reggiano, Grated |
Directions
- In a medium heat saucepan sauté the shallots, kalamata olives, capers, anchovies and garlic in olive oil.
- Deglaze the pan with red wine and then add the crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
- Finish the sauce with the Lobster Sensations®, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, pepper and butter.
- Arrange the pasta with the sauce over it and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
