Lobster Pierogies
Just for you, here’s our secret recipe…don’t share it with anyone… for delicious Polish Pierogies featuring North Atlantic Lobster. Add Lobster Salad Sensations® to the traditional mashed potato filling for a streetwise comfort food that will make you famous.

Ingredients
1/4 | Pound | Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510) |
1/2 | Pound | Potatoes, Yukon Gold, Mashed |
2 | Tablespoons | Butter |
1 | Tablespoon | Chives, Chopped |
To | Taste | Salt & Pepper |
Pierogie | Dough Chilled: | |
1/2 | Cup | Flour |
1 | Ounce | Sour Cream |
1/2 | Ounce | Butter, Soft |
1/2 | Ounce | Egg, Slightly Beaten |
To | Taste | Salt & Pepper |
Garnish: | ||
2 | Each | Shallots, Caramelized |
As | Desired | Horseradish Cream |
Directions
- Fold the Lobster Salad Sensations into the mashed potatoes and season.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rounds. Scoop a small spoon size of mixture into the dough and fold over.
- Crimp the edges of the dough to seal.
- Boil the perogies until they are tender and floating. Drain.
- Sear the pierogies in the butter, season and garnish with chopped chives, caramelized shallots and horseradish cream.
