Lobster Noodle Salad with Krabbycakes®

Enjoy this colorful salad that has a blend of many flavors. It features our Lobster Sensations®, Udon noodles, ginger, parsley, red and green peppers, and a few more ingredients that make this a perfect dish. Then tossed in a signature Asian dressing and topped with our breaded Krabbycakes®. A dish that is sure to impress your guests.

2 Each Junior Breaded Krabbycakes® 1.5 oz. (Item# 057983)
2.5 Pounds Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
2.5 Pounds Udon Noodles
1 Cup Red and Green Bell Peppers, Julienne
1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Ginger, Shredded
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic, Chopped
1/2 Cup Scallions, Sliced
1/4 Cup Carrot, Julienne
1/4 Cup Sugar Snap Peas
4 Ounces Chinese Stir-Fry Sauce
1 Ounce Rice Wine Vinegar
3 Ounces Canola Oil


  1. Blanch noodles in boiling water for 7-10 minutes, then drain and cool in icy water.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and add the dressing. Mix well and chill.
  3. Place 6 oz. of noodle salad in a bowl, top with fried Krabbycakes® and garnish with green onion.
