Lobster Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
1 | Pound | Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610) |
1 | Quart | Heavy Cream |
1/2 | Pound | Cheddar Cheese, Shredded |
1/2 | Pound | Gouda Cheese, Shredded |
2 | Tablespoons | Butter |
1 | Pound | Baby Portabella Mushrooms, Sliced |
1 | Pound | Cavatappi Noodles, Cooked |
2 | Cups | Panko Bread Crumbs |
Directions
- In a large skillet melt the butter over medium heat and add mushrooms and cook until tender. Add the cream and reduce until it starts to thicken. Add in the cheese and stir well to incorporate well.
- In a large bowl combine the cooked cavatappi, Lobster Sensations®, and cream sauce and mix well to incorporate.
- Place the mix into a large baking dish. Top with the panko crumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes or until the cheese begins to brown and the edges are bubbling.
