Lobster Khachapuri

3 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
12 Ounces Pizza Dough
1 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/2 Cup Ricotta
1/2 Cup Boursin
1 Each Egg Yolk
3 Each Chives, Finely Chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Form the dough into an oval shape with a raised rim. Let rest in a warm place.
  3. Mix all the cheeses with the Lobster Sensations and fill the center of the dough.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until cheeses are melted and dough is browning.
  5. Make a small divot in the cheese and place the egg yolk. Cook for an additional 5 Minutes and sprinkle with chives.
  6. When consuming stir in the egg with the cheesy lobster filling and tear dough and dip into mixture.
