1 | Teaspoon | Sesame Oil |
1 | Teaspoon | Vegetable Oil |
Spicy Dumpling Sauce: | ||
1 | Teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | Tablespoon | Water |
2 | Tablespoons | Soy Sauce |
1 | Teaspoon | Rice Wine Vinegar |
1 | Teaspoon | Sesame Oil |
1 | Teaspoon | Garlic, Chopped |
1 | Teaspoon | Sambal |
Garnish: | ||
1 | Teaspoon | Toasted Sesame Seeds |
1 | Teaspoon | Scallions, Chopped |
Directions
- Lightly sauté the ginger, garlic and scallions and add them to the Lobster Salad Sensations.
- Fill each gyoza wrapper with a ½ ounce of the Lobster Salad.
- In a nonstick sauté pan, add the sesame and vegetable oil. Add the gyoza and lightly sear the bottom of the dumpling. Add water and cover to steam.
- For the sauce, dissolve the sugar and water, add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
- Serve the dumplings with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
