Ingredients

1	Pound	Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
4	Each	Avocados, Medium, Ripe
1	Each	Tomato, Seeded, Diced
2	Each	Scallions, Chopped
1/4	Each	Bermuda Onion, Diced
1	Each	Jalapeno, Seeded, Diced
2	Tablespoons	Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
2	Each	Limes, Juiced
	To Taste	Sea Salt
	To Taste	Pepper, Fresh Cracked Black
	As Needed	Tortilla Chips, Fresh Made

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve cold with chips.
