2 | Tablespoons | Butter |
1 3/4 | Cup | All Purpose Flour |
2 1/4 | Teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Salt |
1/4 | Teaspoon | Pepper |
6 | Tablespoons | Butter, Salted, Cold |
2 | Each | Eggs |
1/3 | Cup | Milk |
4 | Each | Bacon, Thick Sliced, Cooked, Chopped |
1/2 | Cup | Cheddar Cheese, Sharp |
1/4 | Cup | Chives, Chopped |
Directions
- Sauté the Lobster Sensations® and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and butter.
- Cut in the cold butter.
- Lightly beat the eggs, mix in the milk and stir into the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the Lobster Sensations® with the garlic, shredded cheese, chives and the bacon.
- Do not overmix the dough. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet, pat it down, and cut into desired wedges. Do not separate prior to baking.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
