Lemon Tzatziki Sauce

1.5 cups Greek yogurt
3/4 cup cucumber, peeled, deseeded, diced
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
1 tablespoon leom zest
salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and allow to rest. Keep refrigerated.
