Directions
- Cook the orzo in boiling water and salt. Rinse, drain and cool.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and toss together well.
- For the roasted garlic sauce, place the garlic into the food processor and puree till smooth.
- With the processor on slowly add 1/2 cup of oil and then add a teaspoon of the lemon juice.
- Continue alternating 1/2 cup of oil and teaspoon of lemon juice until they are both gone. The emulsion should be light and fluffy.
