Directions
- Prepare the Parmesan Pollock according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
- In a sauté pan, brown the butter and add sage, lemon, salt & pepper.
- Blanch & shock the broccolini then sauté with butter & garlic.
- Arrange on a plate with the toasted orzo, broccolini and pollock. Spoon the brown butter over the top and garnish with charred lemon and fresh sage leaves.
