3/4	Pound	Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
2	Each	New England Rolls
1	Cup	Butter, Unsalted
2	Tablespoons	Lemon, Fresh, Juice
	To Taste	Salt
	To Taste	Pepper, Fresh Ground
Garnish:
	As Desired	Chives

Directions
