Lemon Caper Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Each Lemon, fresh, juiced
1 Tablespoons Capers, drained, chopped
1 Tablespoon Capers, drained, whole
To Taste salt
To Taste pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, juice of the lemon, chopped capers, salt and pepper, mixing until well blended.
  2. Stir in whole capers.
  3. Chill before serving. Yield: 1 cup
