1 Each Breaded Krabbycakes® 3 oz. (Item# 073570)
1 Each Egg, Sunny Side Up
2 Each Corn Tortillas
3 Ounces Salsa Verde
3 Ounces Re-fried Beans
1/4 Each Avocado, Sliced
1 Ounce Pico de Gallo
1 Ounce Queso Cotija, Crumbled
7 Each Cilantro, Fresh, Leaves
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper, Fresh Ground


  1. Cook the Krabbycake by frying or baking at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Cook egg to sunny side up.
  3. Heat the tortillas and arrange on plate, add Krabbycake, beans, salsa verde, egg and avocado.
  4. Sprinkle with the cotija cheese and pico de gallo.
  5. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
