3 | Ounces | Salsa Verde |
3 | Ounces | Re-fried Beans |
1/4 | Each | Avocado, Sliced |
1 | Ounce | Pico de Gallo |
1 | Ounce | Queso Cotija, Crumbled |
7 | Each | Cilantro, Fresh, Leaves |
To Taste | Salt | |
To Taste | Pepper, Fresh Ground |
Directions
- Cook the Krabbycake by frying or baking at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
- Cook egg to sunny side up.
- Heat the tortillas and arrange on plate, add Krabbycake, beans, salsa verde, egg and avocado.
- Sprinkle with the cotija cheese and pico de gallo.
- Garnish with cilantro leaves.
