Korean Seafood Rice Bowl

Try our Seafood Sensations mixed into a Korean-spiced steamed rice with bean sprouts, peas, and other fresh vegetables. Then garnished with pickled daikon and carrot Asian slaw, sesame seeds, and sriracha Yum Yum sauce.

Seafood Marinade:
1 Pound Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
3 Tablespoons Soy sauce
2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Korean Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds, Roasted
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Sugar
4 Each Scallions, Chopped
1.5 Cups Rice, Short Grain
1.5 Cups Dashi Broth
1 Teaspoon Lavender
1 Each Carrots, Thinly Sliced
1/4 Cup Peas
3 Each Shitake Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
Other Ingredients:
1 Cup Pickled Daikon And Carrots Asian Slaw
4 Ounces Sriracha Yum Yum Sauce


  1. Marinade: Make the marinade by mixing all of the ingredients together. Marinate the Seafood Sensations for 1 hour.
  2. Rice: Rinse the rice till it is clear. Then let soak for ½ hour.
  3. Steam the rice of 8-10 minutes in preheated steamer. Add the veggies and seafood and steam for another 6-8 minutes.
  4. Fluff rice with a fork. Portion Rice and dress with the pickled daikon and carrot Asian Slaw and Sriracha yum yum sauce.
