| 1 | Each | Onion, Diced |
| 3 | Each | Garlic, Cloves, Chopped |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Thyme, Fresh, Chopped |
| 1 | Can | Tomatoes, Diced, Canned 14 ounce |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Tomato Paste |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Créole Seasoning |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 | Cups | Chicken Stock |
| 3/4 | Cup | BBQ Sauce |
| 1/2 | Teaspoon | Cayenne Pepper |
| 1 | Cup | Corn Kernels, Frozen |
| 1 | Cup | Lima Beans, Frozen |
| 1 | Cup | Okra, Sliced, Frozen |
| To | Taste | Salt & Pepper |
Directions
- Cook the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, garlic and thyme and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the dice tomato, tomato paste, creole seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chicken stock, bbq sauce and season with cayenne pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients, let simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Season as desired with salt and pepper.
