Jumbo Lump Crab Sensations blended with mayo, Dijon, Old Bay, fried onions and sautéed till golden brown. Served alongside a chipotle mayo or chive butter sauce.

1/2 | Cup | Mayonnaise |
3 | Tablespoons | Mustard, Dijon |
3.5 | Ounces | Onions, Fried, Chopped |
2 | Tablespoons | Chives, Chopped |
1 | Teaspoon | Ground Black Pepper |
1 | Teaspoon | Kosher Salt |
As Needed | Butter, To Saute The Crab Cakes | |
As Needed | Chipotle Mayo | |
As Needed | Lemon Chive Butter |
Directions
- Slightly beat the eggs.
- Add all ingredients and form into cakes (desired size).
- Saute in butter till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with chipotle mayo or lemon chive butter sauce.
