Jumbo Lump Crab Sensations blended with mayo, Dijon, Old Bay, fried onions and sautéed till golden brown. Served alongside a chipotle mayo or chive butter sauce.

Ingredients

2 Pounds Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
2 Each Eggs
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Mustard, Dijon
3.5 Ounces Onions, Fried, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
As Needed Butter, To Saute The Crab Cakes
As Needed Chipotle Mayo
As Needed Lemon Chive Butter

Directions

  1. Slightly beat the eggs.
  2. Add all ingredients and form into cakes (desired size).
  3. Saute in butter till golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve with chipotle mayo or lemon chive butter sauce.
