6 Ounces Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
4 Each Brioche Roll or Soft Hot Dog Bun
1 Tablespoon Oil, Light Olive
6 Ounces Yakisoba Noodles, Cooked
1/2 Cup Cabbage, Shredded
1/4 Cup Yakisoba Sauce
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
2 Each Scallions, Sliced
2 Ounces Pickled Ginger, Red
As Desired Kewpie

Directions

  1. Sauté the Jumbo Crab Sensations® and cabbage in the hot oil. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles and finish with the yakisoba sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture between the 4 buns and garnish with scallions, pickled ginger and a drizzle of Kewpie.
