2 Each Honey Butter Biscuit Flounder (Item# 075722)
1 Each French Roll
2 Ounce Lettuce, Shredded
2 Ounce Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Lemon, Fresh, Juiced, Zested
To Taste Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

  1. Prepare Honey Butter Biscuit Flounder according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Warm and split French Bread.
  3. Mix 2 Ounces of Mayonasie,1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice & zest, and 1 teaspoon of Old Bay hot sauce.
  4. Spread lemon old bay aioli on both sides of bread.
  5. Add Mrs. Friday’s Honey Butter Biscuit Flounder into the bread.
  6. Finish with lettuce and dust with old bay seasoning.
