Hoisin Glazed Shrimp Skewers

2 Each Sugar Cane Skewered Shrimp 26/30 ct. (Item# 057516)
2 Ounces Hoisin Glaze
3 Ounces Ginger & Macadamia Studded Rice
1 Each Baby Bok Choy, Head, Braised
2 Each Cilantro, Sprigs, Rough Chopped
1 Each Lime, Fresh, Wedge


  1. Grill the Sugarcane Skewered Shrimp on a medium hi flame.
  2. Brush with the hoisin glaze and cook until 165°F internal temperature.
  3. Place the skewers on top of the rice and bok choy.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and fresh lime.
