Directions
- Grill the Sugarcane Skewered Shrimp on a medium hi flame.
- Brush with the hoisin glaze and cook until 165°F internal temperature.
- Place the skewers on top of the rice and bok choy.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and fresh lime.
