1 Package Lightly Breaded Ring and Tentacle Calamari (Item# 041250)
1.5 Cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
1/4 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Medley, Halved
1/4 Cup Cucumber, Euro, Sliced
1/8 Cup Kalamata Olives, Pitted
1/8 Cup Red Onion, Julienne
As Desired Feta, Crumbled
3 Ounces Lemon Herb Greek Vinaigrette
2 Ounces Tzatziki Sauce

Directions

  1. Toss all of the veggies together in a bowl with the Greek vinaigrette.
  2. Prepare the Calamari according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
  3. Arrange the salad on a plate, drizzle with tzatziki sauce and sprinkle crumbled Feta.
  4. Arrange the Calamari on top and serve.
