Directions
- Mix all zucchini salad ingredients (everything except Gourmet Lobster & Seafood Cakes) and let sit for 2 hours.
- Sauté the Gourmet Lobster & Seafood Cakes to 165°F internal temperature and arrange two on top of the salad.
