| 8 | Each | Slider Buns |
| 4 | Slices | Munster Cheese, Cut Into Quarters |
| 8 | Each | Thick Sliced Bacon, Crispy, Cut In Half |
| 2 | Each | Yellow Tomato, Thick, Sliced |
| 4 | Each | Bibb Lettuce, Leaves Cut In Half |
| 8 | Ounces | Chipotle Mayo |
| 8 | Each | Grape Tomatoes |
| 8 | Each | Mini Dill Pickles |
Directions
- Sear gourmet lobster cakes (cook until internal temperature is 165°F).
- Toast slider buns.
- Add chipotle mayo on both sides of the bun.
- Beginning with the bottom bun, arrange 2 quarters of Munster cheese, 1 half leaf of bibb lettuce, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of bacon.
- Finish by adding the Gourmet Lobster and Seafood Cake and top bun, then garnish with a grape tomato and mini dill pickle pick. Serve 2 per order.
