Mrs. Friday’s Junior Breaded Krabbycakes

Gochujang Krabbycake® Slider

Korean inspired Krabbycake® sliders served on toasted buns topped with shredded lettuce dressed in an authentic Gochujang BBQ sauce made with ketchup, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and garnished with Kimchee.

3 Each Breaded Krabbycakes® 3 oz. (Item# 073550)
3 Each Slider Buns
1/2 Head Romaine Lettuce, Shredded
1/2 Bunch Green Onion, Julienned
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
1 Pinch Korean Red Pepper Flakes
2 Ounces Kimchee, Garnish
2 Ounces Gochujang BBQ Sauce


  1. Make the BBQ sauce by whisking all ingredients together.
  2. Mix the Gochujang BBQ Sauce with the romaine lettuce, green onions, and minced garlic to make salad.
  3. Bake or fry the Krabbycakes® according to directions until 165°F internal temperature.
  4. Lightly toast the slider buns, assemble by placing Krabbycake®, top with salad and garnish with kimchee.
