Gochujang Krabbycake® Slider
Korean inspired Krabbycake® sliders served on toasted buns topped with shredded lettuce dressed in an authentic Gochujang BBQ sauce made with ketchup, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and garnished with Kimchee.

1/2 | Head | Romaine Lettuce, Shredded |
1/2 | Bunch | Green Onion, Julienned |
1 | Teaspoon | Garlic, Minced |
1 | Pinch | Korean Red Pepper Flakes |
2 | Ounces | Kimchee, Garnish |
2 | Ounces | Gochujang BBQ Sauce |
Directions
- Make the BBQ sauce by whisking all ingredients together.
- Mix the Gochujang BBQ Sauce with the romaine lettuce, green onions, and minced garlic to make salad.
- Bake or fry the Krabbycakes® according to directions until 165°F internal temperature.
- Lightly toast the slider buns, assemble by placing Krabbycake®, top with salad and garnish with kimchee.
