3 Ounces Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1/2 Each Fresno Pepper, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, Divided
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil, Divided
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, Divided
1 1/2 Teaspoons Corn Starch
3 Cloves Garlic, Fresh, Chopped, Divided
1 Tablespoon Ginger, Fresh, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Scallion Bulb (White Part), Chopped
1/2 Each Carrot, Julienne
1/4 Cup Broccoli, Florets
1/4 Each Bell Peppers, Julienne
3 Each Shitake Mushrooms, Sliced
8 Each Snow Peas
3 Ounces Lo Mein Noodles, Al Dente
1 Tablespoon Scallion Tops, Chopped


  1. Marinate the Jumbo Crab Sensations, Fresno pepper, ½ tablespoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon sesame oil, ½ tablespoon vegetable oil, a clove of chopped garlic and cornstarch. Mix all ingredients well and set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles and drizzle with the remainder of the sesame oil.
  3. In a small mixing bowl mix the remainder of the soy sauce and a ½ tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. In a wok or sauté pan heat the remainder of vegetable oil, garlic, ginger and the chopped scallion bulb, Jumbo Crab Sensations, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, snow peas and cook until the veggies are tender.
  5. Add the soy sauce mixture and toss in the cooked noodles.
  6. Garnish with the chopped scallions.
