Funnel Cake Lobster Poppers

4 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
3 Cups Funnel Cake Batter
1/4 Cup Culinary Cream
1/4 Cup Agave Syrup
1/4 Cup Roasted Poblano Pepper
13 Ounces Water


  1. Mix funnel cake batter and water in a mixer for 2 minutes. Add King & Prince Lobster Sensations® to mixture.
  2. Divide into portions.
  3. Fry at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature for 4 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine agave syrup and roasted poblano pepper together.
  5. Place lobster poppers in a boat and drizzle agave sauce over the top. Serve hot.
