Directions
- Mix funnel cake batter and water in a mixer for 2 minutes. Add King & Prince Lobster Sensations® to mixture.
- Divide into portions.
- Fry at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature for 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine agave syrup and roasted poblano pepper together.
- Place lobster poppers in a boat and drizzle agave sauce over the top. Serve hot.
