2 | Each | Tavern Battered® Cod Fillets 2-3 oz. (Item# 070053) |
6 | Each | Fingerling Potatoes, Par Cooked, Smashed, Fried |
1 | Each | Lemon Wedge |
1 | Recipe | Comeback Sauce |
Directions
- Prepare sauce as directed.
- Par boil the fingerling potatoes and cool. Smash the potato with your hand till it is somewhat flat. Fry the potato till crispy and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Fry the Tavern Battered Cod at 350°F for approximately 5.5-6 minutes or until golden brown and 165˚F internal temperature.
- Arrange in a bowl and serve sauce on the side. Garnish with fresh lemon wedge.
