Ingredients

1 Pound Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Each Eggs
1.5 Teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Coleman's Mustard
3 Each White Bread Slice, Cut Into 1/4'' Cubes
1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme, Chopped
1 Each Artisan Bun
1 Each Lettuce Leaf
2 Each Tomato, Slices
2 Each Bacon Slices, Cooked
1.5 Ounces Potato Chips Or Side Of Choice

Directions

  1. Fold first eight ingredients into a loose mixture.
  2. Scoop into 3 oz. cakes and flatten.
  3. Sauté both sides until golden brown or until internal temperature is 165°F.
  4. Serve on artisan bun with lettuce, tomato and bacon, and potato chips.
