Directions
- Cook the Alaskan Pollock Sandwich portions according to package instructions until 165°F internal temperature.
- Butter and toast the bun.
- Top the bun with Alaskan Pollock, then add 1 slice of cheese. Add another portion of fish topped with cheese and add the tomatoes, lettuce and tartar sauce.
