Donut Seafood Cake Burger

4 Each Gourmet Lobster & Seafood Cake (Item# 057921)
4 Each Glazed Doughnuts
8 Slices Bacon, Thick Sliced, Cooked
4 Slices Munster Cheese, Sliced


  1. Slack and sear the lobster cake until golden or until 165°F internal temperature and then melt the cheese on it.
  2. Cut the doughnut in half and toast the inside with some of the rendered bacon fat.
  3. Arrange the lobster cake and cheese on the doughnut, add bacon and top with the other doughnut half.
  4. Serve hot.
