Directions
- Prepare the Deep Cut Shrimp according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
- Toss the cabbage, carrots, peppers and onions in the peanut dressing.
- Arrange the Deep Cut Shrimp on top of the slaw.
- Drizzle the shrimp with peanut dressing, sprinkle with toasted chopped peanuts and garnish with scallion curls.
