A hand-cut halibut fillet coated in light, crispy pub flavored batter atop applewood smoked bacon, tomato, onion, and Swiss cheese on a lightly grilled focaccia bun.

4 Ounces Tavern Battered® Haliburger® (Item# 070014)
1 Each Tomato, Sliced
1 Each Lettuce, Leaf
1 Each Red Onion, Slice
1 Each Swiss Cheese, Slice
2 Each Applewood Smoked Bacon, Cooked, Sliced
1 Each Red Pepper, Slice
As Needed Butter, Soft
1 Each Focaccia Bun

Directions

  1. Cook Halibut fillet according to package instructions at 350°F in fryer until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Lightly butter inside of bun and grill until lightly browned.
  3. Layer tomato, lettuce, bacon, cheese, and onion with Halibut on bun. Top with sliced red pepper.
