A hand-cut halibut fillet coated in light, crispy pub flavored batter atop applewood smoked bacon, tomato, onion, and Swiss cheese on a lightly grilled focaccia bun.

Directions
- Cook Halibut fillet according to package instructions at 350°F in fryer until 165°F internal temperature.
- Lightly butter inside of bun and grill until lightly browned.
- Layer tomato, lettuce, bacon, cheese, and onion with Halibut on bun. Top with sliced red pepper.
