Curried Lobster & Seafood Avocado Toast
Simple and healthy dish that is perfect for a quick and easy breakfast, lunch, or dinner idea. This recipe uses our rich and delicious Lobster Sensations® that is mixed with eggs. Then garnished with red pepper flakes and kosher salt.

1 | Tablespoon | Lemon Juice, Fresh |
6 | Each | Eggs, Hard Boiled |
1/4 | Cup | Celery, Diced |
3 | Each | Scallions, Chopped |
To Taste | Salt | |
To Taste | Pepper | |
Avocado Toast: | ||
1 | Each | Avocado, Ripe |
4 | Slices | Whole Grain Bread |
1 | Clove | Garlic, Fresh |
2 | Tablespoons | Olive Oil |
To Taste | Crushed Red Pepper Flakes | |
To Taste | Kosher Salt and Pepper |
Directions
- Lobster Egg Salad: Mix the mayo with all other ingredients. Fold in the Lobster Sensations® and chopped eggs and mix lightly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Avocado Toast: Mash the avocado with a fork, leaving chunky, and season with salt and pepper. Toast the bread, rub it with garlic, brush with olive oil and spread the avocado mixture onto the toast.
- Top the avocado toast with the lobster egg salad and garnish with red pepper flakes and kosher salt.
