Crunchy Pollock Southern Biscuit Sliders

2 Each Tavern Battered® Pollock Fillets 1-2 oz. (Item# 070042)
2 Each Biscuits, Buttermilk
4 Ounces Coleslaw Mix
2 Ounces Tartar Sauce


  1. Cook the pollock to an internal temperature of 165°F in a deep fryer set at 350°F and crispy.
  2. Toss the tartar sauce in with the slaw mix to create tartar slaw.
  3. Slice the biscuits, add the slaw and cod.
