2 | Each | Biscuits, Buttermilk |
4 | Ounces | Coleslaw Mix |
2 | Ounces | Tartar Sauce |
Directions
- Cook the pollock to an internal temperature of 165°F in a deep fryer set at 350°F and crispy.
- Toss the tartar sauce in with the slaw mix to create tartar slaw.
- Slice the biscuits, add the slaw and cod.
