2 Each Crispy Southern Flounder (Item# 075711)
4 Ounces Southern Collard Greens
6 Ounces Pimento Cheese Grits
4 Ounces Red Pepper Coulis


  1. Fry fish at 350°F for 3 to 3 ½ minutes or until golden brown and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Place cheese grits in bowl and top with collard greens.
  3. Drizzle with red pepper coulis and place fish on top.
